This is designed to be a stand-alone programme. So you can choose to do this or the Lean Change Agent Programme.
The Change Agent Programme is designed for experienced Change Practitioners, Agile Coaches, Organisational Development Practitioners, Project Managers, in fact anyone who is responsible for leading change.
The Programme is divided into 3 parts: Pre-work using self-directed learning online materials; 2-day face-to-face workshop; and one-hour follow up group coaching call.
